How to place an order?

To place an order, simply browse the online store, select the item you wish to purchase and then click Add to Cart. You will then have to enter your shopping cart where all the selected items will be. If you want to add other articles, you can do so; if you want to proceed with the payment, you will have to click on Checkout.


Do I have to register to place an order?

It's not mandatory. You can make a purchase without registering.


Can I track my order?

Yes. After completing your purchase, you will receive the tracking number of your order by email. You will thus have access to all the shipping status of your order, in constant connection with the carrier in question. If you do not receive the email, please contact us quickly by email:

Intoleravel Clothing uses one of the safest online ordering systems available and is constantly improving its software in order to offer the greatest possible security to its members. We have an important responsibility and commitment with regard to the security of our website and the protection of our customers' and visitors' data. How to pay?

We offer several payment methods:​

Via Paypal: Payment with Paypal account. Once payment is made, your order is automatically processed and will be shipped as soon as possible.

On collection: Your order is sent on collection to the indicated address, and the payment process is made with the courier of the carrier upon delivery. You must pay in cash. We do not accept checks. This payment method is valid for mainland Portugal, Portuguese islands and Spain.

What are the shipping costs?

Continental Portugal:

For orders less than €99.99 add the value of €6.00 ​​per shipment. For larger orders, shipping costs are free.

Funchal, Ponta Delgada and other islands in the Azores:

Plus the value of €9.00 per shipment for orders less than €99.99.

The product is out of stock. Will they sell it again?

We repeat stock several times, and if this happens, we advertise on our social networks all products available again. However, you can send us an email to reserve a product.


How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Mainland Portugal: Carrier: NACEX delivery time 1 working day.

To the Islands (Madeira and Azores): Carrier: Ctt Expresso; Delivery Time: Wood: 3-7 days; Azores: 3-7 days; Other Azores islands: 3-7 days.

All structural or physical delivery impediments will be notified by us via e-mail.

How is delivery made?

Your order will be delivered by the carrier in question, depending on the address where the order will be shipped. After the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If in the first delivery you are not at the indicated address, a new delivery will be made the following day. If you do not receive your order within 48 hours, please contact us. In the case of islands, after 5 days.


Can I return a product?

Yes. If you wish to change size, or return it, you will have a maximum period of 14 days to do so (after receipt of the product). However, the right to return only occurs if the products:

Have not been washed or used;

Have not been tampered with and keep the identification tag;

Are accompanied by your original invoice.


How do I return a product?

1st step: Place the item in the same package. The item must follow with the respective price tags, without any trace of use, and the respective invoice or proof of purchase. Any product that has been damaged or shows signs of use, does not entitle a refund.
